Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Process

• To book a photoshoot, please contact me via message.

• A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This retainer covers the concept creation and shoot preparation.

2. Payment

• The retainer is due at booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid as agreed — either before or on the day of the photoshoot.

3. Editing & Retouching

• All images are edited in my signature style, as seen in my portfolio.

• Light retouching is included to remove minor imperfections.

• I do not offer heavy alterations to faces or body proportions.

• Only fully edited and retouched images will be delivered—RAW files are not provided.

4. Image Selection & Delivery

• I personally select and edit the final images.

• A preview will be shared within a few days after the session that includes 5—10 edited images.

• The full gallery will be delivered within two weeks of the photoshoot.

5. Revision Policy

• Two rounds of revisions are available for free upon receiving your images.

6. Rush Delivery

• Need your photos faster?

  • For delivery within three days, or within five days for galleries over 150 images, a 30% rush fee applies.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the shoot.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the retainer.

8. Additional Services and Location Fees

 • Please note that studio rent, makeup artists, and any other additional services are not included in the quoted photoshoot price.

 • For locations outside the city, additional travel fees or transfer arrangements may be required.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
